Access Services provides crisis response & counselling, emergency services, and connects to mental health and substance use hospital and community treatment and recovery services for all age groups. This service also includes the Crisis Response Team and the Walk-In Crisis Counselling Clinic.

This team provides rapid, mobile, community-based response to all age groups including children, youth and families in crisis.
Walk-In Crisis Counselling Clinic
Walk-in single session crisis counselling is offered. No appointment is necessary. Services are offered to all ages free of charge.
